First Class UK Royal Mail Delivery

or International Airmail.

Postage

Where possible items are posted on the same day as your order is placed using Royal Mail First Class or International Air Mail packed in eco-friendly and non-plastic wrapping.

All our post packs are made from recycled materials with the larger sizes produced from Sugar Cane fibre.

We keep our postage and packing as economical as possible for our customers.

Standard UK Delivery – £3.95                                           Using First Class Royal Mail.

International Delivery – £6.50 Europe.

International Delivery – £9.50 Worldwide.

During the Coronavirus we are minimising trips to the Post Office to twice weekly.

Please note during the summer when we are (AGAIN?) trading at festivals, posting your order may take slightly longer.

Processing Time

All orders are subject to being in stock, if the item you ordered is not, we will let you know immediately and offer an alternative or a refund. All the hand printed shirts are made here in Southampton and as with any non mechanical production the processing time will vary and Nick will advise on your individual choice

Out of Stock Items

If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock we will contact you to either go ahead and post the rest of your order with the remaining garment to follow when printed or to issue you with a refund.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer an exchange and aim to process all returns within 5 working days of receipt but please note that if your exchange item needs to be printed by Nick he will advise when you may expect your replacement garment.

 Returns

We are happy to accept returns: any garment that is unworn and fitted with its original label and is despatched to us within 14 days of receipt by you.

Nick Hooper Design does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
